Monarch is the only North American manufacturer with a complete line of windows, bucks and landscape wells integrated as a flexible system.

Have it your way! Any way! We have a vast line of products for both block and poured walls, designed for wood, aluminum and insulated form systems.

Choose from these options:
  • Bucks: Vinyl or steel in full-wall-width and pour-in-place.
  • Windows: Sliders, hoppers and casement windows available in aluminum and vinyl.
  • Area Walls: Available in bolt-on, wrap-around and optional powder-coated surface.
Window sizes range from 30" wide by 12" high, to 60" wide by 48" high picture windows that meet egress requirements.

Monarch Manufacturing Company began in the early 1960's. Monarch was the successor to the New Monarch Machine and Stamping Company, which dates back to the 1940's. In the early 1960's a new company was formed to specialize in basement windows and window wells. At that time, property was acquired west of Waukee, Iowa, on Highway 6. The property included 10 acres and a 16,875 sq. ft. corrugated steel building. Monarch also opened a branch office in Englewood, Colorado.

The company first began to produce steel window frames, aluminum windows, and corrugated galvanized window wells used in residential, basement and foundation construction. Geographical sales coverage
grew to include parts of the US where basements are built for homes, from west of the Rocky Mountains to the east coast, including the upper Midwest, and the mid-atlantic.

Today the plant facilities have expanded to approximately 105,000 sq. ft. and resides on over 40 acres of land to be used for expansion.

Monarch is a privately held company with over 200 years of management and marketing experience in window manufacturing. Our mission statement is to provide the highest quality basement window and area wall products possible.
